Inventory & Warehouse Officer As an Inventory & Warehouse Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational continuity and optimizing supply chain workflows. Core Responsibilities
* ** Inventory Monitoring & Analysis:
** Track stock levels continuously to guarantee material readiness and seamlessly support ongoing procurement demands.
* ** Catalog Management:
** Oversee the registration, documentation, and data standardization of new catalogue items to ensure complete, accurate, and easily searchable records.
* ** ERP Processing:
** Execute service Goods Receipt transactions within the enterprise resource planning system following rigorous document verification.
* ** Vendor Coordination:
** Partner closely with warehouse suppliers to evaluate service level agreement compliance and uphold exceptional service quality.
* ** Risk Mitigation:
** Anticipate potential stockout scenarios by analyzing consumption rates, delivery lead times, safety stock thresholds, open orders, and material criticality.
* ** Asset Optimization:
** Evaluate surplus, slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and project-specific inventory to minimize waste and flag write-off candidates.
* ** Process Enhancement:
** Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives designed to elevate the overall efficiency of warehouse, inventory, and cataloging operations.

Candidate Qualifications
* ** Educational Background:
