PT Saraswanti Utama membuka peluang bagi staf Operasi Kapal yang berpengalaman untuk mengelola pemeliharaan kapal, troubleshooting mesin, dan koordinasi antar kru serta vendor. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki latar D3/S1 terkait teknik kapal dan kemampuan membaca gambar teknik, dengan kemampuan Excel yang baik untuk analisis biaya.
Posisi ini membutuhkan kesiapan bepergian dinas ke kapal dan penegasan dalam manajemen peralatan dek, sesuai regulasi KSOP, BKI, ISM, SOLAS, dan MARPOL.
