Head of Industrial Logistics Projects
This strategic leadership role is ideal for a seasoned logistics professional ready to drive transformation across Indonesia's industrial supply chains. You'll lead high‑impact projects, optimize operations, and build commercial partnerships that deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do- Lead business development initiatives to expand our industrial logistics footprint
- Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery
- Drive cost leadership through process optimization and financial discipline
- Build and mentor high‑performing teams focused on innovation and collaboration
- Engage with clients, suppliers, and regulators to ensure compliance and satisfaction
- Negotiate and finalize strategic partnership agreements
- Revenue growth from new and existing clients
- Reduced logistics costs as a percentage of revenue
- High employee engagement and retention
- On‑time, on‑budget delivery of logistics projects
- Operational efficiency through digital and process innovation
- At least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including 3+ years in leadership
- Bachelors' degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Strong commercial acumen and business development expertise
Proven track record in operational excellence and cost management - Deep understanding of industrial project logistics and regulatory frameworks
