Country Director; Microfinance

Overview

Lead the overall company operation in Indonesia, ensuring operational sustainability, regulatory compliance, and social mission achievement. Defines strategic vision, drives growth, and represents the institution before authorities and key partners.

• Define and implement strategic objectives aligned with company’s global vision.
• Lead operational, financial, and commercial performance ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen institutional relations with government entities, partners, and financial institutions.
• Drive cultural alignment and people development across the organization.
• Ensure sustainable business growth and brand positioning in the local market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
  Master’s in Leadership, Finance, or Strategy preferred.
• >20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 in senior management roles.
• Proven record in large-scale operations, preferably in financial services, banking, or microfinance.
• Bilingual in English is a must, Spanish proficiency desirable.
• Must hold Indonesian nationality.

Preferably located in Surabaya, East Java, and surrounding areas. Open to candidates residing outside of Surabaya.
