Operational Support Manager

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to meet volume and quality targets.

Develop and implement efficiency and improvement strategies across overall production and operational processes.

Implement cost saving initiatives through process optimization, resource efficiency, and operational improvement.

Monitor operational efficiency and troubleshoot process or machinery issues.

Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, ISO standards, and other quality systems.

Collaborate with departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure seamless workflow.

Analyze production data and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Promote workplace safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as a liaison between the plant operations and executive management when needed.
