Production Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Production Manager in automotive manufacturing or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and quality management systems (IATF dan ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Results‑oriented with excellent communication and people management skills.

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Develop and lead production teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to achieve business objectives.
