Quality & Compliance Leader

As a Quality & Compliance Leader, you will have the opportunity to strengthen operational standardization and integrate compliance systems across all production lines. By applying your knowledge, you will focus on enhancing technical frameworks and manufacturing efficiency in alignment with national standards and the latest industry regulations.

You will gain valuable experience in ISO standards, client engagement, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

• Ensure operational compliance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the fulfillment of Domestic Component Level (TKDN) regulations.
• Manage and align the implementation of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) within the production workflow.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify waste and increase production floor productivity.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that integrate work efficiency with regulatory compliance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve work system efficiency.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of TKDN calculations, SNI regulations, and SJPH.
• Proficient in product quality concepts and ISO 9001.
• Energetic, communicative, and possess strong leadership skills.
