CHEMIST CYANOACRYLATE FORMULATION SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Chemist / Formulation Specialist with experience and technical knowledge in cyanoacrylate / instant adhesive (super glue) manufacturing. We are currently preparing the development of super glue products for mass production. We need someone who can assist us from the initial stage until the formula is ready for production.

Help develop cyanoacrylate / instant adhesive formula from the beginning

Determine and evaluate required raw materials

Conduct laboratory trials and formulation development

Perform testing and formula improvement

Determine product characteristics according to desired targets

Troubleshooting and reformulation

Scale-up from laboratory trial to production batch

Help determine production processes and required parameters

Assist in producing final formula that is stable and ready for mass production

Have real experience in the field of cyanoacrylate / instant adhesive

Understand formulation and manufacturing processes for super glue

Have conducted formula development from R&D stage to production

Understand raw materials, equipment, mixing processes, stability, and quality testing

Able to work independently and provide technical direction

Experience making super glue / cyanoacrylate products is a primary requirement
