We are seeking a Food Technologist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis in Surabaya, East Java. This is a pivotal position within our Product Development division, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring an efficient flow of New Product Development. Food Technologist will be responsible for managing nutrition fact calculation, recipe formulations to overseeing the new product development.

• Evaluate production sample
• Ice cream formulation
• Overseeing development of new product
• Maintain track record of product development
• Ideas and raw materials sourcing

• Bachelor of Food Technology/Food Science
• Able to calculate nutrition value and understand/have knowledge on product formulation of Ice cream products, frozen fruit, and freezing process.
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed
• Experienced using Microsoft Office
• High initiatives and attention to details
• Willing to work in Surabaya
