Injection Molding, Plastics/Composite Manufacturing
Responsible for developing new customers, exploring new projects, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, analyzing consumer needs, competitors, and competitor product trends. You will plan and formulate development plans and strategies for business channels in the Indonesia region, handle project quotations and design changes, contract signing, mold reconciliation, and payment follow-up. Day-to-day work and other tasks assigned by supervisors are also part of this position.
Key responsibilities
Develop new customers, explore new projects, and maintain customer relationships
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and analyze consumer needs and competitor activities
Plan and formulate development plans and strategies for business channels in the Indonesia region
Handle project quotations and design changes
Manage contract signing, mold reconciliation, and payment follow-up
Handle day-to-day work and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
About you
Understand basic knowledge of mold production and injection molding processes
Understand project management and business processes
Able to listen, speak, read, and write in Mandarin Chinese and communicate fluently in Mandarin
English language skills are a plus
International trade background and experience with overseas business travel preferred
Strong business negotiation skills and flexibility
Ability to analyze and develop industry and market insights
More than 2 years of experience in industrial goods sales
