Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun, di bidang developer/properti lebih diutamakan
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
Proaktif, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
Membuat, merencanakan, dan mengoptimalkan kegiatan event & promosi untuk menarik lead dan minat terhadap produk
Menentukan prioritas dan beban kerja tim
Merancang dan mengontrol anggaran (budget)
Merencanakan dan menentukan strategi promosi on-site (open table, open house, pameran) sesuai tren dan target marketing proyek
Meningkatkan dan mempertahankan interaksi dengan calon customer melalui kegiatan on-site
