Job Description

  • Develop and execute Shopee affiliate strategies across three main channels: affiliate live streaming, social media content, and video.
  • Acquire, activate, and manage new creators, including filtering, nurturing, and scaling the creator pipeline.
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics, including GMV, Closing Rate (CR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Average Order Value (AOV), impression‑to‑click rate, and channel contribution.
  • Identify content opportunities that can “create demand” through category insights, Tik Tok/Shopee trends, breastfeeding and parenting pain points, and seasonality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Product, Sales) to ensure readiness of creative materials, stock availability, and promotional mechanics.
  • Manage long‑term relationships with top creators and execute loyalty programs to retain high performers.
  • Create and manage a monthly affiliate activation calendar, including experimentation strategies such as A/B testing for content formats, bundling, CTAs, and live streaming formats.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and deliver data‑driven optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e‑commerce growth, or creator management (Shopee Affiliate experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of Shopee Affiliate mechanisms, including commission structures, live affiliate features, feeds, video SEO, and recommendation systems.
  • Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to execute strategies based on GMV, CR, CTR, AOV, and full‑funnel performance.
  • Solid understanding of creator ecosystem dynamics, including recruitment, retention, and scaling creator performance.
  • Able to work quickly, flexibly, and adapt to the competitive, high‑demand environment of the mother & baby category.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in cross‑functional collaboration and relationship‑building with creators.
  • Creative thinker with strong capabilities in content ideation and demand creation.
  • Comfortable working with clear, measurable, and transparent KPIs.
