We are looking for a creative Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to help grow Rice AI Consultant and build a compelling Personal Brand for our founders. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be at the heart of our digital presence.

• Content Strategy & Creation: Concept, script, and produce engaging content for Rice AI Consultant and the founder’s personal social media channels.
• Marketing Sidekick: Act as the Assistant Marketing for the Founder—helping execute campaigns and brainstorming growth hacks.
• Daily Blogging: Maintain a consistent voice by writing daily blogs/articles to keep our community engaged.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve on Tik Tok, Reels, and Linked In trends to keep our content fresh.

• A Fresh Graduate or Final‑Year Student looking to build a massive portfolio.
• A natural storyteller with excellent copywriting and scripting skills.
• Organized, proactive, and ready to learn the "behind-the-scenes" of marketing.
• Location: Based in or willing to stay in Surabaya (Preferred).

• Stipend: Rp 840,000 / month + bonus.
• Mentorship: Direct access to the founders and real‑world marketing experience.
