Job Description s
- Support QA&QC Manager in supervising and conducting, responsible for monitoring QA&QC Department Performance
- Preparing for external/internal audit (ISO Audit / Customers Audit / Group company audit
- Conducting verification of customer claims goods returned, provide & assists production floor in Product Quality
- Continuous improvement in QA&QC Activities
- Improving Quality Control/Quality Assurance system plan in order to ensure Customer satisfaction through product quality
- Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering / chemical engineering / mechanical engineering or equivalents
- At least 3 years of working experience as a QA&QC Supervisor or or 5 years of working experience as a QA&QC staff in handling customer complain, incoming, in process and outgoing inspection
- Intermediate level conversation in English is a mandatory,
