SPV QUALITY CONTROL (INJEKSI MOLDING PLASTIK)

Supervise and lead the Quality Control team to ensure product quality meets specifications and customer requirements in the plastic injection molding industry.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and lead the Quality Control team to ensure product quality complies with specifications and customer requirements

Develop and implement quality control procedures, including monitoring, inspection, and product testing

Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary corrective actions

Coordinate with related departments to solve quality problems and achieve quality targets

Ensure compliance with quality management systems and applicable regulations

Provide training and guidance to Quality Control team members

Manage documentation and records related to Quality Control

About you

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QC Supervisor in the plastic injection molding industry

Skilled in using quality control tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection systems

Strong data analysis capabilities and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001

Good English language ability (spoken and written); interview will be conducted in English
