to join our ever-growing team.

What will you do?- Manage and develop the company's Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions.
- Lead the implementation, certification, and maintenance of relevant compliance standards, including ISO 27001.
- Develop, review, and ensure the implementation of SOPs and quality standards across business processes.
- Establish product quality standards and ensure that inspection and quality control processes are consistently implemented.
- Collaborate with the IoT and Service teams to ensure end-to-end product quality.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on quality findings and ensure the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal audits, monitor quality KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives on a regular basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related roles, preferably in a technology, hardware, IoT, or product-based environment.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in quality management, compliance standards, and certification processes, with knowledge of ISO 27001 or other relevant standards being an advantage.
- Experience in Quality Control (QC), Product Quality Assurance, audit, and risk assessment, including identifying quality issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Proficiency in SOP development, process improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to anticipate potential issues, proactively address risks, and drive sustainable improvements.
