Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers, Production QC/QA, Quality Engineering, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Supervise and lead the Quality Control team to ensure product quality meets specifications and customer requirements. Develop and implement quality control procedures, including monitoring, inspection, and product testing. Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary corrective actions. Coordinate with related departments to solve quality issues and achieve quality targets. Ensure compliance with quality management systems and applicable regulations.
Provide training and guidance to Quality Control team members. Manage documentation and records related to Quality Control.

About youBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Supervisor or similar position in the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of Quality Control concepts and methodologies, such as ISO, SPC, and Six Sigma
Skilled in using quality control tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection systems
Strong data analysis capabilities and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of applicable quality regulations and standards in the industry
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and leadership capabilities
