Responsibilities
- Build and design questionnaire/discussion guide as needed;
- Data preparation and data processing;
- Develop deck presentation/research report to be delivered to clients;
- Maintain relationship with clients as needed for projects necessity/requirements;
- Conduct analysis based on acquired data and formulate relevant actionable insight for clients;
- Collect and recruit participants for FGD/IDI.
- Familiar with survey design tools (Surveymonkey, Google Form).
- Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint/Google Suite
- Interested in strategic formulation and customer research
- Experience working in related fields, such insight & strategy or market research, either client side or agency side is a plus, but fresh graduate with appropriate experience is welcome
