- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
- Certified in GMP, HACCP, ISO
22000 or Food Additive, and basic Food safety requirements. - Good understanding of laboratory testing, formulation, blending, and product development.
- Able to operate laboratory equipment and interpret test results.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Minimum 3 years of R&D experience, specifically in hydrocolloids, seaweed extracts or carrageenan formulation.
- Able to develop formulations from scratch and optimize customer-specific blends.
- Mastery of dry blending science : compatibility , segregation prevention, cross-contamination control and moisture sensitivity.
- Familiar with FAS, JECFA, SNI, BPOM and Halal requirements.
- Experienced in stability testing, shelf-life validation, and raw material grading.
- Able to prepare formulation SOP's, master batch records, COA, TDS, MSDS
