Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all store operations run smoothly and in compliance with SOPs
- Manage staff scheduling and monitor attendance
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for staff
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks
- Minimum education:
High School (SMA/SMK) - Experience as a Store Leader / Supervisor in beauty, F&B, retail, or hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Communicative, assertive, and customer-service oriented
- Comfortable working with sales targets and store operations
