Showroom Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead and grow our Surabaya showroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a large retail space, working with people, and driving store performance through strong merchandising, operations, and creative in-store activities.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Manage daily store operations and ensure the showroom is well-organized, attractive, and aligned with brand standards
• Oversee product displays, merchandising, and seasonal refreshes
• Monitor sales performance and adjust product placement accordingly

Sales, Marketing & Traffic Growth

• Execute store-level marketing activities to increase foot traffic
• Support and activate promotions, weekend campaigns, and payday offers
• Organize in-store events, collaborations, bazaars, or customer activations

Inventory & Stock Management

• Manage stock in/out for a large showroom with high SKU volume
• Coordinate re-orders with the factory based on sales data and stock levels
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular checks and reporting
• Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and operational expenses
• Ensure accurate reporting of revenue and expenditures
• Work closely with HQ to meet monthly targets

Team & SPG Management

• Manage SPG and OB schedules, shifts, and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service standards on the shop floor
• Train, motivate, and lead the store team

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor (retail, showroom, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing inventory and basic financial reporting
• Energetic, proactive, and sales-oriented
• Willing to work weekends and during promotional periods
