Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Cashier / Senior Cashier / Head Cashier di retail, F&B, atau hospitality
- Menguasai operasional kasir, POS system, cash handling, petty cash, dan rekonsiliasi transaksi
- Terbiasa membuat laporan kas harian, settlement, void/refund control, dan kontrol selisih kas
- Memahami prosedur audit kas, SOP transaksi, dan standar pelayanan pelanggan
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, mampu membina dan mengawasi tim cashier
- Teliti, jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki integritas tinggi
- Mampu bekerja dengan target, sistem shift, serta lembur jika dibutuhkan
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman menangani keluhan pelanggan terkait transaksi
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel / Google Sheets (rekap transaksi & laporan)
- Bersedia ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
- Berpengalaman; SMP; 20 - 30 Tahun;
