Branch Retail

Responsibilities

• Track sell‑out performance by store, investigate and solve problems by coordinating with related departments to maximize sell‑out.
• Manage field force in respective areas, including team leaders, MDs and promoters; give direction and manage the performance KPI of each field force.
• Support head office store management to track and manage branch retail assets such as product displays, booths, POSM distribution, signboards, etc.
• Craft ideas and suggestions for sell‑out activity programs in the branch.
• Operate, track and report dealer activity sponsorship programs in the branch.
• Keep track of each competitor’s sell‑out activity in the branch, create suggestions, key findings and countermeasures.
• Coordinate daily with the branch manager/area manager to ensure alignment between sell‑in and sell‑out.
• Develop an effective reporting system based on period, channel/store, MD/TL, etc.
• Conduct regular store visits and market surveys.
• Conduct training in their respective branch with the support of the head office training team.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
• 3+ years as a Retail Specialist.
• Excellent sales management and relationship‑building skills.
• Good leadership and people‑management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and other related applications.
