• Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands‑on management and coaching.
• Manage and coach the team into building sustainable.
• Client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policy.
• Manage and motivate the team to drive the business.
• Create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions.
• Build the client‑centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives.
• Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo.
• Inventory Control and monthly reporting sales.

• 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor, preferably having in the retail industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent ability in team management & development.
• Proven role model in selling skills, floor management, training, and Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills
• Excellent service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction based on SOP, while mastering brand knowledge to act as a trusted watch consultant.
• Willing to work in  Store Jabotabek area when needed.
