Mengelola operasional toko sehari-hari agar berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.
Memimpin, membina, dan mengawasi tim toko untuk mencapai target penjualan.
Membuat laporan penjualan dan operasional toko secara berkala.
Persyaratan:Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Kepala Toko, Store Supervisor, atau Store Manager di bidang retail.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target penjualan dan memahami operasional toko.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
