Shop Manager for Specialty Store (Surabaya Area)

We are looking for a strong Store Manager (based in Surabaya) to lead our specialty store with commercial mindset and operational excellence. This role suits a leader who can translate strategy into results while driving sales and team performance.

• Lead and manage daily store operations in line with SOP and company standards
• Drive sales performance, productivity, and achievement of store targets
• Plan and control store operational budget, expenses, and profitability
• Execute national and in-store promotions to maximize sales results
• Ensure excellent customer experience and hands‑on selling leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop store team to build high performance and engagement
• Analyze performance, solve operational issues, and control shrinkage
• Prepare routine store reports and coordinate with Regional Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Store Manager in retail (specialty fashion retail preferred)
• Minimal Diploma degree in any discipline
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Track record of proactively driving growth and launching initiatives to boost revenue
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store profitability
• Solid understanding of store operations, SOP, budgeting, and internal controls
• Customer-focused mindset with hands‑on selling capability
• Fashion Retail & Department Stores More than 10,000 employees
