Shop Leader for Specialty Store (Surabaya Area)

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Store Leader to oversee specialty retail store (Suko & Zes) and lead strong commercial execution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end store operations, ensuring excellence in display, cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service in line with SOP.

Drive sales and profitability through active selling, promotional execution, store layout optimization, and local initiatives (events/bazaars).

Manage and control store budget while identifying issues (sales, shrinkage, team performance) and implementing improvement actions.

Lead, coach, and develop the store team through effective scheduling, performance monitoring, and capability building.

Monitor market trends and competitors, maintain stakeholder relationships, and provide regular operational reports to support business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Minimum 4 years of experience in specialty retail (fashion, footwear, lifestyle, beauty, or similar categories)

Strong knowledge of store operations, sales, and retail business.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented with strong selling skills.

Able to analyze business performance and drive results.

Willing to travel within assigned area.
