- Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP.
- Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.
- Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP.
- Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively.
- Identifying market trend in our target market.
- Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo.
- Making sales report and sales planning.
- Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP.
- Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers.
- Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, any field.
- Age 26 - 28 years old
. - Required skill(s):
English (min. passive), computary, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership and Managing. - Preferably Supervisor at least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail industry, especially in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle
. - Have an understanding about KPI's Metrics
. - Strong willingness to learn and develop in retail industry.
- Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
- Having experience dealing with mass product.
