Senior Operation Officer (City of Tomorrow)

• Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment according to the scheduled period.
• Supervise security, parking, housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on all operational activities.
• Maintain good relationships with third parties.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in Mall/Property industry).
• Able to work in a team, honest, and responsible.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).Willing to work in City of Tomorrow.
