We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute to generating sales for an Australian Social Media and Digital marketing Agency (East Surabaya office). You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Candidates must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone to warm and cold leads. SO MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH!

Responsibilities:

• Takes incoming customer calls and processes sales leads and quotes.
• Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell company services.
• Answers questions about services and package offers.
• Upsells and cross-sells to customers to help them get more leads.
• Explains pricing of Internet marketing packages that promote local businesses on social media.
• Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into the company database for email marketing campaigns.
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
• Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers.
• Helps the marketing team to contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Required language(s):
  English (Speaking, Writing, Reading).
• Bubbly, confident people with good telephone manners.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented person.
