We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales professional to join the team at PT Multi Spunindo Jaya Tbk., a leading player in the B2B industry, specifically focused on Non Woven Manufacturer
. Placement in Surabaya Marketing Office
, this is a full‑time opportunity.

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic objectives
• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform decision‑making
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Providing sales leadership and coaching to the wider team
• Reporting on sales and marketing performance against targets

• 8+ years of experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably within the B2B industry
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing new business
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross‑functionally
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field
