Mobile Lead

Overview

Mobile Lead (iOS Focus). As Mobile Lead at our company, you'll spearhead mobile app development to deliver innovative learning experiences for millions of students and teachers. You'll own architecture, development, and optimization of features.

• Lead the mobile team (3 members) in building and maintaining scalable, user-friendly iOS/Android apps
• Hands-on development to improve iOS/iPadOS app
• Design mobile app architecture with high standards, including backend integration (APIs, Firebase), push notifications, and offline sync for seamless learning
• Implement iOS best practices (Swift
  
  UI, Combine, Core Data) and ensure cross-platform compatibility where needed
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build features
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce quality via CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization

• 7+ years in mobile development, including 5+ years strong expertise in iOS (Swift, Objective-C, Swift
  
  UI, UIKit)
• Proven track record leading mobile teams in startups/scale-ups building consumer apps
• Proficient in clean architecture (MVVM, VIPER), state management, and handling complexities like authentication, payment gateways (Midtrans/Xendit), and real-time features (Web Socket)

• Experience/knowledge in Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose)
• Experience in TDD
• Experience in Pair Programming
