Senior Software Engineer

Job Requirements

• Possess 3-5 years of experience in software development
• Hands‑on experience deploying applications on Kubernetes
• Able to implement at minimum of unit testing / TDD approach
• Deep understanding of DB systems (Indexing Normalization/Denormalization)
• Experience implementing Rust is a plus
• Strong understanding of methodologies and algorithms

• Identify, analyze, and resolve critical issues that have a significant impact on the company’s engineering operations or customer satisfaction
• Create detailed documentation of solutions, processes, and learnings to ensure knowledge is retained and shared across the organization
• Research and implement cutting‑edge tools, technologies, or methodologies that enhance McEasy’s engineering capabilities
• Effectively collaborate with backend engineers to define, implement, and consume RESTful APIs (or Graph
  
  QL endpoints)
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of McEasy’s systems and solutions
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
