As Associate Software Engineer, you willparticipatein the creation of new applications and enhancements to existing applications as per the requirement. You will perform analysis, design and implementation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, processes, and product / program requirements.
Responsibilities- Developing a good understanding of workallocatedfor successful delivery withinallocatedtime frames.
- Follow defined coding standards and development guidelines and to have input into those standards as and whenrequiredwith your Team Leader.
- Perform complete testing of developed work to reduce follow-up requests and bug fixes.
- Raise questions,concerns and provide feedback for projects as early as possible to minimise impact on delivery times and to meet project deadlines.
- Suggest ideas and enhancements for existing processes, programming libraries etc.
- Familiarise yourself with Internet resources around B2BE development standards for development assistance.
- Work on improving problem solving capabilities and understanding of how to apply technical solutions to problems while sharing these findings with your team, knowledge sharing systems and Team Leaders.
- Work on understanding the supply chain industry and business process and how our products and solutions fit within the supply chain.
- Continually learn and enhance programming skills to improve development turn-around time frames and make a positive impact within the project environment.
- Planning on the task given using tools andwork to be done according to the priorities.
- Candidate mustpossessabachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Technologyor equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in software development.

Fresh Graduate also encourage to apply. - Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deploymentis preferred.
- Proficient in any coding languages like C++, Java,PHP, and Java script.
- Sound knowledge of MySQL 5 and be able to compose complex SQL clauses.
- Good communication skills and can liaise and work with others not only locally but within the B2BE global environment.
- A good eye for detail,quality and strong analytical skill.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach, getting things done,demonstratesaccountability & ownership.
