Software Quality Assurance; Senior

Job opportunity for Software Quality Assurance (Senior) at PT Tirtamas Coldstorindo Logistik in Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA to own and drive our quality strategy across products. You will be responsible for building scalable testing processes, improving product quality, and QA initiatives across engineering teams. This role requires technical understanding of automation, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy and testing processes
• Lead and mentor QA engineers (manual & automation)
• Design and improve test automation frameworks
• Ensure high test coverage across API, web, and system levels
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and release quality
• Establish best practices for testing, CI/CD, and release processes
• Monitor product quality and drive continuous improvements
• Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts

• 3+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers
• Strong understanding of:
  • API testing
  • Web testing
  • Automation testing
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as:
  • Playwright / Cypress / Selenium
  • Postman / API testing tools
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Experience building QA processes from scratch
• Knowledge of performance testing (K6, JMeter, etc.)
• Knowledge of security & vulnerability testing
• Experience with backend systems or programming (JavaScript, Python, Go, etc.)
