We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our fast-paced development team. This role is about taking ownership of your work, working independently, making responsible technical decisions, and delivering high-quality production-ready applications. You should be comfortable taking a feature from development → testing → deployment → production, and be accountable for the quality of what you deliver.
Keyresponsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React and Next.js
- Build real-time functionality using Socket.
IO and other real-time technologies - Work across different applications and product domains while maintaining consistent code quality and engineering standards
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and projects, from implementation through testing, deployment, and production support
- Deploy and maintain frontend applications using platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud environments
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve bugs efficiently
- Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code with a strong focus on reliability and performance
- Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver complete features
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, debugging, research, and iteration
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
- Hands-on experience with Socket.
IO and real-time application development - Proven experience deploying applications to production
- Ability to independently take ownership of tasks and responsibilities without requiring constant supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for the quality of your work
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong commitment to delivering stable, production-quality software with minimal bugs and errors
- Good communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical issues, progress, and blockers
- Strong familiarity with AI-assisted software development and practical experience using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or other AI coding and development tools
