Software and Network Technician
Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure Python-based backend applications. Develop automation scripts or integration modules that communicate with network devices and services. Perform debugging and troubleshooting at the application level and basic network integration level. Write clear technical documentation for APIs, system architecture, and operational procedures. Support network operations in the East Java region, including new network installations, customer troubleshooting, and central office support.

About youMinimum D3/S1 education in Information Technology Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
Professional experience working with Python code in projects
Proficiency with Python backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio, async/await) and concurrency handling
Experience working with Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and No
SQL databases (Redis/MongoDB), as well as ORM (SQL Alchemy/Django ORM)
Understanding of creating and consuming RESTful APIs, gRPC, or Web Sockets
Experience with unit testing and integration testing in Python (pytest, unittest)
Understanding of basic network architecture and protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSH, DHCP, and ICMP/Ping
Understanding of OSI model and basic routing and switching concepts
Experience using basic network diagnostic and troubleshooting tools (such as ping, trace route, curl, netstat, dig, or Wireshark)
Experience with Git for version control (Git Hub/Git Lab/Bitbucket)
Experience with Linux/Unix environments and basic shell scripting (Bash)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and basic understanding of orchestration (Docker Compose/Kubernetes)
Understanding of basic CI/CD pipeline concepts
