- 1. Memastikan kapal siap operasi, melakukan monitoring kondisi kapal dan tindak lanjutnya
- 2. Meninjau laporan operasional, melakukan analisa dan mengendalikan biaya operasional
- 3. Menjamin penerapan ISM Code, HSSE Policy dan prosedur operasional di kapal
- 4. Menyusun strategi, mengawasi, mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan kinerja tim
- 5. Menyusun, menganalisa dan mengevaluasi vessel performance review
- Minimal Pengalaman: 7 tahun di bidang fleet maintenance atau technical ship management
