Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for the fleet, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor driver performance and adherence to delivery schedules and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documentation and shipment tracking.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Assist with loading/unloading and making deliveries when necessary, especially during peak periods in Surabaya .
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
- Experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.
- A valid driving license (SIM A or B1 Umum) and a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration.
