Warehouse administration role managing operational administration, goods flow, and inventory control. Responsible for processing sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices in the Accurate system, monitoring daily/weekly stock counts, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, tracking returns and customer receivables, and preparing periodic reports on inventory, sales, and outstanding payments.
Key responsibilities- Manage warehouse operational administration and goods inflow-outflow processes
- Input Sales Order transactions, Delivery Notes, and Sales Invoices into the Accurate system
- Input goods receipt data and control daily/weekly Stock Opname in Accurate
- Coordinate with warehouse team, helpers, and delivery couriers regarding order processing
- Monitor return completeness and record customer receivables status (Accounts Receivable)
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory, sales, and receivables for management
- Experienced as Warehouse Admin or Distributor Admin
- Must master Accurate application (Accurate Online / V5)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Ms. Excel
- Detail-oriented, honest, efficient, and accustomed to numerical accuracy
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Minimum 1 year experience as Distributor Admin or Warehouse Admin (Fresh graduates proficient in Accurate are welcome)
