Responsibilities- Use and update teacher data through the CMS accurately.
- Communicate and coordinate with teachers regarding teaching schedules and readiness.
- Conduct teacher matchmaking based on qualifications, availability, and teaching location.
- Support the teaching fulfillment process to ensure all teaching needs are met on time.
- Arrange, monitor, and adjust teachers’ schedules, including weekend classes.
- Handle daily operational issues related to teacher assignment and scheduling.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in education, teacher operations, or a related role.
- Accustomed to using CMS or similar administrative systems.
- Available to work on a freelance basis and willing to work on weekends.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
