Responsibilities
  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers.
  • Analyze user behavior, uncover hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and coordinate with various departments to provide optimal customer service solutions and product feedback.
Requirements
  • Sales experience in customer acquisition/origination with clear sales KPIs.
  • Proficiency using a CRM tool.
  • Autonomous work within a sales team; experience working with regional sales teams and attending/hosting events to acquire new customers.
  • 3–5 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background (banking, investments, FX sales).
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication, flexibility, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, ability to work under pressure.
  • Passionate about crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are an advantage.
