Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
• Implement retail loss prevention strategies

• 2+ years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and building positive customer relationships
• Experience in Store Management and maintaining operational efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills and team leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Previous retail or management experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field is a plus
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to challenges effectively
• Residing in Solo Raya area
• Proficiency in English (especially reading, listening & speaking) is a plus
