Role Description  We are looking for a passionate Fashion Designer to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, on-site role. The designer will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs, collaborating with the merchandising and production teams to develop collections, sketching concepts, selecting fabrics and materials, and supervising fittings.
The role also requires staying updated with market trends, working with embroidery and textile developments, and ensuring excellent quality standards in the final garments.

Key Responsibilities   Research trends, forecast concepts, and develop seasonal collections
Create sketches, tech packs, and design specifications
Select fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and embroideries
Coordinate with sampling, pattern masters, and production units
Conduct fittings and make necessary design modifications
Ensure designs meet brand identity, costing, and timeline requirements
Maintain quality from concept to final output

Qualifications & Skills   Strong expertise in fashion design and garment development
Knowledge of textiles, prints, and embroidery techniques
Understanding of garment construction, fitting, and tailoring
High level of creativity with strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team
Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
