Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Designer role located in Sachin, Surat. The Designer will be responsible for generating creative concepts, designing unique and appealing garments, and ensuring that all products align with the brand's ethos. Key responsibilities include researching fashion trends, creating design sketches, selecting appropriate materials, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for each collection. Adaptability and innovation are essential to deliver fresh and engaging designs that resonate with Janasya's vision.

Qualifications
Proficiency in fashion design, pattern making, and fabric selection
Experience in trend analysis and conceptualizing creative design ideas
Strong skills in graphic design tools, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly
Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure consistent quality throughout the design process
Degree in Fashion Design or a related field is highly preferred
Familiarity with traditional Indian textiles and craftsmanship is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
