Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer, located in Surat. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating new designs, conceptualizing and developing collections, and ensuring the high-quality execution of designs. Daily tasks include sketching, fabric selection, embroidery design, Digital print and overseeing the production process. Collaboration with other designers and coordination with the marketing team to align the designs with brand strategy will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in fashion design, sketching, and conceptualizing collections

Experience with fabric selection, embroidery design, and overseeing production processes
Ability to collaborate with design teams and work with marketing teams on brand strategy
Strong understanding of Indian ethnic fashion and bridal wear
Excellent communication and project management skills
Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
An innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
