Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Dermatologist to join Project Remedial. The ideal candidate will be the face of our aesthetic wing, specializing in non-surgical facial rejuvenation. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, standardized outcomes for Botox, fillers, and thread lifts within a fixed-price, transparent business model.
Key Responsibilities
* Aesthetic Procedures:
Perform advanced injectable treatments including Botox (upper face, masseter, hyperhidrosis), Dermal Fillers (lips, cheeks, tear troughs), and Thread Lifts (PDO/COB for face and neck).
* Clinical Consultation:
Conduct skin and hair assessments, providing clear, honest treatment plans that align with our fixed-price menu.
* Standardized Care:
Follow 'Project Remedial' clinical protocols to ensure safety, minimize downtime, and maintain consistent results across all hubs.
* Patient Retention:
Build trust through excellent bedside manner, ensuring high patient satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals.
* Complication Management:
Confidently manage any post-procedure side effects or complications (e.g., bruising, swelling, or vascular concerns).
* Collaboration:
Work alongside the Patient Relationship Executive to ensure a seamless 'retail' experience for the patient.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Education:
MD or DNB in Dermatology/VD from a recognized institute.
* Certification:
Fellowship or certified training in Aesthetic Medicine/Injectables is highly preferred.
* Experience:
2–5 years of active practice in an aesthetic-heavy setup.
* Technical Mastery:
Proven track record in facial mapping, symmetry analysis, and needle precision.
* Communication:
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to effectively counsel local and premium clientele.
