Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Admissions Counselor at Kayachitra By Mridul. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about educational programs, and addressing student inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include building meaningful connections with prospective students, collaborating with the admissions team, and meeting enrollment targets. Additionally, the Admissions Counselor will work to ensure a positive admissions experience and maintain accurate records of admissions-related interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication
- Proven experience or skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Familiarity with educational processes and systems
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, or Communications
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently
- Commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students
