We are a premium capsule coffee brand from Surat and we take our aesthetic seriously. We sell machines that sit on kitchen counters and pods that start mornings. The product is good. The experience around it needs to match, and right now we need the person who makes that happen.
This is not a post and pray role. You are not here to fill a content calendar. You are here to build a brand that people recognise before they even read the name.
What you will own:
→ The direction of our social media agency. You brief them, you push back on them, you raise the bar for them. You know what a good idea looks like and you are not afraid to say when something is not it.
→ Brand coherence everywhere we live. Website, Meta, Instagram, Amazon, any ecommerce platform we expand to. It should all feel like one conversation, not five different vendors doing their own thing.
→ The shoot room, even when you are not in it. You know what light does to a dark espresso. You know the difference between a product shot that sells and one that just looks fine. You brief the photographer, the stylist, the set, and you know when to call a reshoot.
→ The marketing pulse. What is working right now, what the algorithm is rewarding this month, what formats are cutting through. You read the market like a language.
→ CRM. You understand how customer data works, how to segment it, how to use it to make communication sharper and retention stronger. You do not just collect contacts. You build relationships at scale.
→ Whats App marketing. You know this channel is not email with a blue tick. You understand broadcast lists, conversational flows, timing, tone, and what makes someone save a message versus mute a business.
→ Chatbots and automation. You have set one up or you know how they work end to end. You think about the customer journey and you build touchpoints that feel human even when they are not. Bonus if you bring ideas nobody asked for.
→ The team. You give clear direction. People leave your briefings knowing exactly what to do.
If you have spent time in food, beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing, you already understand the world we are playing in. If you love coffee, even better. If blue is your favourite colour, you might already be one of us.
Who you are:
You are a graduate who did not stop learning after college. You have an opinion about fonts. You notice when a brand is trying too hard. You can walk into a room, read what is missing, and say it out loud. You are not waiting for someone to hand you a brief. You write them.
You are creative but you are not precious. You will try something, watch it not work, learn from it, and move faster next time. You understand that taste without commercial instinct is just a hobby. You bring ideas nobody asked for and half of them are actually good.
You are comfortable across the full stack of modern marketing. Social, performance, CRM, Whats App, automation. You do not need to be an expert in all of it but you need to know enough to connect the dots and enough to know when something is being done wrong.
This is a full time on site role in Surat. Six days a week. Salary is a real conversation based on what you bring to the table. We are not looking for cheap. We are looking for right.
