Promo Producer; Sound Engineer

Position: Promo Producer (Sound Engineer)
KEY RESPONSIBITILES:

To produce promotions, advertisements, jingles, shows etc based on the input from the clients and the programming supervisor for the Radio station
To edit and package the sound bytes of Radio Jockeys and callers in order to air them. This is done mainly to bring in clarity to the voice and sound
Shoot and edit the videos of RJs on various social media platforms to help them become influencers by gaining mass followers
To make channel promos – This is to make the jingle, compose the music and the sound to promote our own channel and our own shows
To compose program bumpers – This requires the person to compose the content for the liners between the shows and also between the songs
To conceptualise and create jingles for various shows and advertisements. This would include the content as well as the music underlays, editing, mixing etc based on the client brief
To conceptualise and create, mix and edit all programming elements as and when required including sweepers, promos, bumpers, jingles, station IDs, specials, etc
Do all the above using appropriate voices, music underlays, SFXs etc which give a distinct stationality to the content created
To do voiceovers for the jingles and channel promos as and when the need be

Cluster Programming Head / Programming Head, Copywriter, sales team

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED   :
Graduation with any specialisation
Vegas Software
Yamaha O2 V Digital or equivalent
Sound Editing Software (like Sound Forge)
Adobe Premium Pro or equivalent

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Passionate consumer of various Entertainment Formats (Films, Music, Social Media, Sports, etc)
Digitally savy & well informed about the latest trends in sound & Music
Knowledge of video / sound / broadcasting software systems
